Le Carline is a family-owned winery located in the Pramaggiore area of Veneto, managed daily by Daniele, Diana, Claudia, and Alessandro. The winery adopted organic farming practices as early as 1988, making it a pioneer in the region for organic certification. They do not add any sulfites to their wines, despite limited legal allowances, believing that nature should guide the process and that such additions are unnecessary when producing quality wines. The soil is calcareous and clay, well-drained. Green harvesting is practiced to ensure that the vine directs its energy solely towards the remaining clusters. This fully sustainable approach extends from the vineyard to the winery!
