Cantamessa is a beautiful family-run vineyard, in the family since 1870, and has been 100% organically certified since 2020. Piemonte Chardonnay is a crisp and fresh white wine made from Chardonnay grapes sourced from vines at least 10 years old. The soil consists of clay and limestone, and maceration takes place for 4 days at low temperatures, down to 15°C. The result is this exquisite example of a well-balanced and graceful Piemonte Chardonnay!
