The grape is hand-harvested at dawn and is then is transported from the mountains to the winery in individual boxes to preserve its freshness. The grapes are then carefully sorted and pressed. The wine is made with round and supple tannins and vinified with respect for tradition, ensuring the preservation of both color and aromas. The wine presents a generous bouquet of red fruits on the nose.
