Bourgogne Pinot Noir Le Clos du Château is red Bourgogne made from 100% Pinot Noir. The soil is classic limestone and Kimmeridgian clay, where the vines stand tall in the Épicier region. The alcoholic process takes place traditionally in stainless steel tanks, after which 60% of the wine is moved to French oak barrels, where the process rests for a full 20 months. This extracts both the mineral and classic Burgundy notes that we know from good Burgundy.
