This characterful red wine is made from Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah grapes grown in Lebanon’s renowned Bekaa Valley. The grapes are hand-harvested at dawn to preserve their freshness and carefully transported in individual crates from the mountains to the winery. Once there, they are gently sorted and pressed.

The wine is crafted with a focus on round, supple tannins, and vinified using traditional methods, helping preserve both its color and aromatic complexity. On the nose, it offers a generous bouquet of red fruits – typically cherries, blackcurrants, and raspberries – with subtle spicy and earthy undertones.

It is unfiltered, adding to its body and authenticity. Decanting before serving is recommended. A great pairing with grilled meats, lamb, or aged cheeses.
