Rivesaltes Tuilé is a classic type of Rivesaltes, though less common than Ambré, made from Grenache Noir. It has a medium-deep brick-red color and aromas of dried and preserved fruits, plums, prunes, figs, dark raisins, burnt notes, coffee, cocoa, chocolate, spices, leather, and tobacco. The flavor is typically semi-sweet rather than sweet, full-bodied and soft, with rounded tannins and great complexity.
